Fundraising

Fundraising is an important part of our work as a PTA. Why? 

Public schools don’t always get the funding they need to cover everything. That’s where we come in. The Lufkin PTA helps make sure our students, teachers, and staff have the support they deserve.

Here’s how fundraising makes a difference at Lufkin:

• We fill funding gaps by providing classroom supplies, technology, and more.

• We enhance learning with things like field trips, guest speakers, and enrichment activities.

• We support well-being by funding resources that make Lufkin a safe, welcoming place for all students.

• We build community through events and initiatives that bring families, teachers, and students together.

• We fund what matters, from academic programs to student celebrations, based on our school’s unique needs.

No one in our community is obligated to make donations or to participate in fundraising. We are grateful for your support in whatever way you are able to give it.
