Lufkin Road Middle School, home of the Lightning, serves about 1,100 students. Located in Apex, NC, our community brings together families from 41 different elementary schools who live in cities and neighborhoods all across Wake County.
Support from local businesses can help us provide funds for socials and other fun school events, teacher grants to enhance the curriculum, staff appreciation programs, student and school resources, cultural arts programs, campus beautification, and other initiatives that build a stronger learning community .
