Lufkin Road Middle School PTA

As a PTA, our mission is to create a healthy and enriching learning environment at Lufkin so that every student can thrive. To do that we have a goal to raise $25,000 by October 31 through this year's no-fuss fundraiser.  Visit fundraiser page, and spread the word! 

We had another great PTA meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 16. We voted to approve three teacher grant requests, and we talked about volunteer opportunities, Family Fall Fest, and upcoming fundraising. We also heard about the new Lufkin Food Pantry, which benefits food-insecure families in the Lufkin community. 

It was great to hear so many new voices who are pitching in to support essential PTA initiatives that enhance life at Lufkin!

Next Meeting: Nov. 20, 5:30 pm. For those who attend in person, we'll open the doors at 5 pm for a chance to talk informally and get to know one another!
